Located in the countryside, this old barn stone renovated is located on a fenced 5,700 m2 with swimming pool heated beach gently sloping flat bottom to 1.50 m; very popular with little ones and some people to overcome aqua phobia. (9m x 4m from April to September - depending on weather until October) and a protected fishing pond (no kill). Hammock and mattress under the shade of the oaks. It consists of a living room through terrace overlooking. Two rooms: one with 3 beds in 80 x 200 (possibility of 1 in 160), the other with a bed in 160 x 200 and 1 bed in 80 x 200. Television. Safe. Option bed linen (10 € / people). Umbrella bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower (large enough to accommodate a wheelchair). Double washbasin. Hair dryer, arrival kit (makeup remover, cotton, liquid soap ...) Towels provided. Bathrobes for winter spa. Lingerie, washing machine (products). Separate WC. Dryer. Final cleaning optional (60 €). Equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, waffle maker, electric pizza oven, raclette ... For the coffee maker to choose: Nespresso, Tassimo or filters (to be specified during the booking). BBQ grill and gas griddle + charcoal barbecue. In dependence a gym is at your disposal: ping pong, babyfoot, electronic darts, fitness room, bodybuilding, boxing punch bag ... Volleyball, badminton. Petanque. In the barn adjoining the cottage, space dedicated to relaxation with Jacuzzi (medical advice: not recommended for children under 10 years) and American billiards, games company, CD stereo, bluetooth speaker, bar (empty) For September 2018, home cinema overhead projector with 2 x 2 m screen for your favorite movies or photos, karaoke, football world cup (too late). Sport events... Massages on appointment (in veranda). Dogs are welcome in this cottage. Free. Weekend rental possible except high season: from 400 € to 600 €. (2 people 400 € / 3 people 450 € / 4 people 500 € / 5 people 550 € / 6 pers. 600 €) 50 € the extra night.
