Welcome in this charming house located in the heart of the National Park of Ecrins. This large Hautes-Alpes accommodation offers you a 100 square meters apartment that can welcome up to 6 travellers (500 euros off-season) and a 35 square meters studio for 4 people (300 euros off-season), located in a lovely mountain setting. In summer and winter, come discover this region with various activities, canoe-kayak, rafting, buoy, but also, paragliding, hiking and obviously skiing! A shuttle service will be suggested to get to the Puy St Vincent ski resort, 5 km. The accommodations have several fittings: internet, television, oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board… The apartment offers you a fireplace for your cocooning evenings near fire. The house has a private parking inside the property and a big garden space with children’s playgrounds (swing), barbecue and garden furniture. Located just 25 min from Briancon, the highest city of France (altitude of 1326 meters) and located 30 km from the Italian border, the Hautes-Alpes region offers you several landscapes to discover. For the sundial heritage lovers, the Sundial road is yours! Indeed, the Hautes-Alpes department has over 400 of these timeless works. A few sites to discover nearby: the charming Vallouise village, the Mont-Dauphin stronghold, the Regional Natural Park of Queyras… Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or holiday vouchers. Deposit of 200€ (returned at the end of the stay) 100 square meters apartment 500€ in off-season and 750€ from 25 November 2017 to 31 March 2018 for 7 nights. Pets are allowed (max. 2): 20€/week/per animal.
