The lower-level includes an independent apartment, which covers about 55 m2 and consists of one double bedroom and one shower/bath, an open-space living room with a sofa-bed, a kitchenette with an electric panel, a refrigerator and a dining area. A wide sliding glass panel leads to a veranda with a view overlooking the surroundings landscape and the sea. The laundry and the central heating units are located on this level. It accommodates three people. The dwelling is fully equipped and furnished for sustaining and facilitating comfortable living during the whole year. This apartment is available for a long term let, from October to April. During this period, special prices are offered to hikers, bird observers, naturalists, herbalists and environmentalists. The higher-level of the villa has a surface of 145 m2, and comfortably accommodates up to five people. It consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a single sofa-bed in the spacious living room, a dining room and a well organised kitchen equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. Wide sliding glass panels lead outdoors to the surrounding terraces which include a barbeque and two dining areas. The habitants can enjoy the feeling of intimacy with nature whether they stay inside the house or outdoors. The whole residence is fully equipped and furnished to sustain and facilitate a comfortable and pleasant living throughout all seasons of the year. In particular, appliances include a stove, an electric panel, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Linens and towels, a hair dryer, and an iron are provided. Free Wi-Fi, plasma TV and DVD player are also at guests’ disposal.
