Aromatic plants and all kinds of fruit and vegetables are grown in the farm using environmentally friendly methods. Of course, a number of animals are also bred in the farm so that there are enough eggs, milk and meat. Local species of geese, ducks, chicken, peacocks, goats, sheep, pigs, cows co-exist harmoniously in suitable stables. For you to have a pleasant stay, we have dreamt and created something unique, having our imagination and heart move our hands, taking the visitor's uniqueness & quality into consideration. We built beautiful detached houses, where harmony of the local architecture meets modern comfort. The houses have their own private garden, where we have taken special care to grow all seasonal fruit & vegetables as well as to leave more than enough space for our little visitors to play. All houses have an unlimited view to the endless blue of Patraikos Gulf. And "endless blue" is not only beautiful as an image. What is even better is that, once you come out of the farm, you can actually dive in the cool waters of Patraikos Gulf. To support you during your stay, a small multi-use building has been built, in which there are rooms for meetings of small groups, visitor training as well as a store where you can see & buy local organic products, such as seasonal fruit & vegetables, oil, olives, wives, cheeses, sweets, marmalades, aromatic plants, essential oils etc. Accomodation Five modern houses (of the traditional type), all of which enjoy a view to the sea, are the ideal shelters we have prepared for you. They are detached to offer peace and quiet. They are next to each other to form a friendly neighbourhood. They are beautiful to fit the landscape. Its bright inside rooms, cool in the summer and full of the pleasant sensation of heat in winter, given out by the energy fireplace and the solar air conditioners, are made with every attention to the detail, are decorated with simplicity, finesse and taste and are equipped according to the most modern standard to make sure that you have anything you need. Their large windows bring you inside the landscape. One of the houses has been made with great care and love in order to offer all access and stay facilitations to the disabled. The gardens of the farm, the roofed kiosks and the shared spaces surrounding them allow you to move freely, take part in farming activities -depending on the season- to tend your garden and to get to know your neighbours, if you would like to. You will be given time to do things together, gain experiences full of adventure, laughter and fun, which will bring you closer to each other and will make you feel good Activities The farm is a place where heart-felt hospitality is offered but it is also a living farm, with its schedule and the works that must be done. If you would like to -and we are sure of that- you will get an unforgettable taste of agricultural life by participating in any of our daily activities of your choice. Depending on the season, you can become active in gardening, planting, weeding and collecting of the fruit or/and taking care of the animals. The owners of the farm will train you & help you do any of the farming works you prefer with great love. The whole farm is yours. However, as the time is yours as well, we offer you many possibilities to use it well. You can enjoy every last minute of your stay, by living once-in-a-lifetime, unique and unforgettable experiences, which you cannot live in any other place of the planet, such as: Fishing in traditional fishing boats in the unique Mesolonghi Lagoon and in Patraikos Gulf. Exploring the complex of wetlands of the National Natural Park of Mesolonghi & watching more than 300 kinds of birds as well as the rich wild flora at the dunes of the complex. Having daily Sea Trips with a speedboat or a sailing boat to the dozens of virgin isles of the Ionian Sea, combining them with swimming, diving and fishing. Take a tour to the area's history & culture by visiting the historical monuments, archaeological sites, castles of the area using the paths used by its ancient inhabitants. Swimming in the clean, crystal water of Patraikos Gulf, at the beach of Kryoneri as well as the other beautiful beaches of the area. Climbing/mountaineering on Varasova, which is one of the most important mountain climbing destinations in Europe. Hiking, cycling or/and horse riding on the paths of Mt. Arakynthos, the banks of Mesolonghi Lagoon, the lakes and rivers (Evinos & Acheloos) of the area. Canoeing/kayaking in River Evinos or Acheloos or enjoying the calm waters of Mesolonghi Lagoon and the lakes of the area in a canoe. Testing your skills in Paragliding, Kite surfing, Wind Surfing and Archery. Flying in small aircrafts of the local aeroclub and enjoying the wonderful natural beauties of the area from above.
