Fire place. One twin bedroom, a shower and a separate WC. On the first floor, one twin and one double bed room, one bathroom with shower, WC Outside : a yard with closed and private garden. The exposure is south-north third gîte "l'Eau": for 7 persons. 175 m²/ On the ground floor: a sitting room with a open fireplace / a large hall / one shower / separate WC /a kitchen / a “winter garden” above the river that can be used as a dinning area / On the first floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 twin, 1 double, 1 spacious room with a large singel and 1 double bed / bathroom, separate WC (possibility of adding more beds for one or two nights) Outside : private front garden by river bank.
