Come and discover a lovely house in Noirmoutier en l'Île, and enjoy a calm and sunny setting for your holidays. This charming bright 84sqm home is located in a dead end of 4 villas. It can accomodate 6 persons and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room (10 persons), a living room with a comfortable couch and TV, DVD player, radio CD and WiFi access. On the ground floor, there is a shower room with separate WC and one bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a lavatory. Outside, there is an enclosed garden and a terrace, a barbecue and 2 deck chairs, 2 bikes that we lend you, a private parking place and premises for bikes etc. To come to Noirmoutier, a bus from Nantes goes by the station. You can practice a lot of actvities in the surroundings: hiking (on foot or with a bike), water skiing, surfing, swimming, fishing, tennis, naturism, horse riding, water activities in the waterpark...The city centre is really picturesque with its pedestrian street, shops, exhibitions, marketplaces, castles, museums etc...You will also enjoy the numerous sand beaches (that are safe) with beautiful landscapes. You also must discover the passage du gois, the harbours, the salt marshes, the aquarium, the Jacobsen pier and Mullembourg marshes (bird observatory).
