The Castle of Puyrigaud welcomes you all long year in its charming cottage with a surface of 230m² within the castle. With its independent entrance, its private terrace facing the park and the swimming pool. - On the groundfloor : Access to the cottage via the square tower in which there is a nice stairs in wood giving to the 3 bedrooms of the 1st floor and to a lounge/library on the second floor. - Lounge of 50m² with woodwork, fireplace and floor in antique stone, american kitchen fully equipped. French door with view over a private terrace. -Beautiful dinning room of 25m² with authentical furnitures. Door facing directly the swimming pool. - Paved entrance facing the park which is equipped with sunshade, barbecue, gas, sunbathing, garden furniture. Direct access to the swimming pool, prairie, wood. - WC in the castle's tower. 1st floor : large corridor facing 3 themes bedrooms : The Chineses bedroom of 35m² with a bed of 140cm dating back to the 18th Century, a TV room and a bathroom. The Western bedroom of 28m² with a bed of 160cm is all in net curtain, sofa of 140cm that can accommodate up to 2 extra people. Bedroom equipped with a TV. Bathroom and WC. Parm bedroom with a bed 160cm and a bed 90cm, lounge and bathroom. WC in the castle's tower. 2nd floor : - Library area of 20m² in the tower with sofa bed and office ( for 2 extra beddings). Cottage's equippement : dishing machine, traditional oven, and microwave, washing-machine, dryer, American fridge, TV with flat screen and DVD player in the lounge, WIFI internet and TV in the bedrooms, linen and pillowcase provided, 4 towels per bedroom. Our prices include the cleaning service at the end of the rental. Options : Extra towels Extra bedroom € 600 / per week during the high season. Extra bedroom € 500 / per week during the mid-season. Extra bedroom € 400 / per week during the low season. Mode of payments : 25% at the booking step and the balance 1 month before the arrival, a deposit is required when you arrive.
