This cottage / studio is a real small house of 35 m², independent of the large 300 m2 villa with its own private parking right outside the cottage. It consists of one room with a real kitchen, the lounge has 2 sofa facing each other and turning into double bed for the evening. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, toilets , and a closet. LCD TV, hi-fi, WiFi, air conditioning. Outside: a large terrace of 80 m² is available, with a barbecue corner with work plans of each side and a double sink with hot and cold water, table and chairs, sun loungers, direct access to the pool and the garden (depending on season).
