Villa " La Vie est Belle"

Composed of a spacious bedroom of 30m2 with a walk-in shower, washbasin and separate WC.

It is equipped with a Queen size bed, a television, a mini fridge, a pod coffee maker, an electric kettle, 2 comfortable armchairs and plenty of storage space.

Bedding, linens and towels are of good quality.

The room has an independent entrance allowing freedom of movement and a sliding bay window facing the garden giving you privileged access to the heated swimming pool which will remain private for the duration of your stay.

Breakfasts will be served depending on the weather either inside and at the choice of the travellers, on a 25m2 terrace at the back of the house facing the pine forest, or on a 50m2 terrace facing a garden with a lawn, magnificent olive trees, and ornamental trees or lastly at the Pool house facing the swimming pool.

A library with many books will be at your disposal.

A swimming pool of 4m x 8m, depth of 1.40 over the entire area, chlorine-free filtration, fully automated maintenance, equipped with an electric roller shutter to safety standards. It guarantees maximum safety for young children and ensures hotter water. In addition, the pool area is completely fenced and closed by gates.

An outdoor shower has been installed before accessing the pool.

A 20m2 pool house equipped with an American fridge, a sink, a work table, storage cupboards, a shower area and a closed WC.

This space composed of a pool house and a swimming pool are fully enclosed out of sight and very well exposed which offers an excellent moment of relaxation, it is completely separated from the house and equipped with deckchairs, parasols, a table and chairs.

Air conditioning: The room is air conditioned and equipped with a ducted heat pump. This system offers absolute comfort while remaining discreet and efficient.

Parking: The possibility of parking your vehicle inside the property with a sliding gate with automatic opening by remote control and video intercom.

A minimum stay of two nights.

Our guest room will be closed every year from 01-11 to 30-04.
