The MAISON des FORGES is a XIX century country house nestled in Buffon (department of Cote d’Or) in front of the Burgundy Canal along the Armançon valley. Our rooms are comfortable and pretty, all with a nice view to the canal. Here you can also take advantage of a terrace and a flowery garden. We are surrounded by a rich heritage: the Fontenay Abbey, the châteaux of Ancy le Franc, Tanlay, or Bussy Rabutin, the villages of Flavigny or Noyers sur Serein, the medieval town of Semur en Auxois, but also by a bucolic environment which invites you to engage in open air activities. The cycling route of the Burgundy Canal makes Buffon a unique stage on the way.
