In the heart of Troyes, Le Jardin de la Cathédrale welcomes you in one of the most beautiful houses of the city. Located at the foot of the cathedral and endowed with a magnificent city garden, the house, which was owned by a master glassmaker, opens the doors of 4 suites of 45 to 100 m2, 18th-century lounges and an exceptional town garden where you can enjoy Champagnes de la région, pastries and Breakfasts.
Each suite is made of a large bedroom (king size bed), a private living room and a bathroom (shower or bath) including private toilets. Complimentary tea and coffee essentials are available in each room.
Included in the price, breakfast is a celebration: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruit juice, crispy bread, Viennese pastries, homemade pastries, fruits and yoghurt ...
Laetitia has one passion and one job: garden design. For over 20 years, she has been drawing gardens and terrasses all over France.

Follow the rythm of the garden
This suite, made of three adjoining rooms facing the garden, is illuminated by the sun and follows the seasons through the windows.
It used to be the bedroom of the stain glass Master, or more exactly his apartment, including his cozy bedroom that still has its beautiful mouldings and richly ornated golden mirror with acanthus leaves. Next to the bedroon, you will find the perfect private living room to read your book and enjoy a cup of tea. The bathroom is equipped with a roll top bath overlooking the garden.

L'Atelier - 1 double bed
A loft under the house framework.
Have you ever slept in a 100 m² bedroom under an oak framefrom the XVIII th century?
VL established his workshop in the "attic": you can still see the ladder he used to use to install his stain glass windows in churches as well as his smart system to hook the rolls of paper he used to draw sketches.
The bedroom is set-up as a loft. From the king size bed, the bath or the shower, you will enjoy its amazing volumes.
As extra: an adjoining small but cute room, facing the cathedral, ideal for meditation, yoga or relaxation.

La Vincent-Larcher - 1 double bed
Between the Cathedral and the garden.
This suite is a tribute to the stained glass master Louis-Germain Vincent-Larcher, who lived in this house as of 1840.
It includes a large bedroom of 55 m² (king size bed) - facing on one side the Cathedral and on the other side the garden -a bathroom with both a bath-tub and a shower, which leads to a private terrasse overlooking the garden.
It's unique aspect: the "macédoines", a patchwork of leftovers stained glass windows from the XVIth-XIXth century
assembled by Vincent-Larcher.

The Cathedral at hand.
In the middle ages, it's in this room that the Masters of the Cathedral works were drawing their architectural projects.
Each room of this suite is a tribute to their work and gives you a view on the Occidental facade and on the South side of the Cathedral St Peter & St Paul. From the cosy living room, the bedroom (king size bed) or the shower room, you will be pleased with the amazing view on this Gothic piece of art.
