Grandmas' Tasias secret recipes and the desire of young chef and owner Stamatis, make the flavors of our dishes and sweets unforgettable. Here, you will find Sifnos' traditional cuisine as well as Mediterranean. Every Sunday we serve our traditional revithada, chickpeas cooked in wood oven in a clay pot! Our lobster spaghetti is famous, our fish very fresh and our Sifnos' appetizers (cheeseballs, chickpeas balls etc) unique! Our pies (spinach pie, pumpkin pie, peper pie) are made with hand made phyllo pastry layers by grandma Tasia. Grilled octopus and calamari as well as ntolmadakia made with pure vine leaves, are waiting for you to taste them drinking your ouzo.
