Le Merlet

"Le Merlet" is a typical farm dating back to the XVI century which is located in the heart of the National park of " Les Cévennes". The two farm buildings, dating back to 1953 have been restored to offer you an authentic stay. The farm "Le Merlet" offers guesthouses, catering with the guest table and its leisure activities near the farm. The farm is only possible for a few people in order to keep the spirit of the "familiar" character ( 6 guesthouses and 4 rural cottages ). All our bedrooms are cosy and well-equipped: private toilets, one or two beds, possibility of children's beds. We put at your disposal 5 bedrooms for 2 people each. Our guest table: Every evening, we will have the chance to share the farm products with all guests around a friendly table. All our meals are done with our own and local products , and of course with traditional recipes. "Le merlet" has recently signed the European agreement for tourism enacted by the "Cévennes Association for Ecotourism" which warranties the development of sustainable tourism. Therefore it contibutes to environment management, economic and social development, especially thanks to know-how valuation and local products. In our farm we put at your disposal 4 rural cottages, 5 bedrooms for 2 people and a hiking bedroom for 4 people. Around the guest table, we will enjoy a friendly meal with farm products.
