Is located 750 m from the harbor, 200 m from the beach and 200 m from restaurants and cafe-bars. All rooms have large balconies overlooking the sea and garden, A.C, TV, free wireless Internet connection, fridge, kettle, cutlery, daily maid service, common fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, iron and ironing board on request and private parking. Distances: beach: 180m - mini market: 250m - bus station: 300m - taverns/restaurant/cafe: 200m - port: 700m Hotel Policy - Check in at 13.00 / Check out at 12.00 - If you keep the room until 18.00 you are charged with the 50% of the agreed price. - If you keep the room after 18.00 you are charged with the 100% of the agreed price. - If you want an extra bed, you are charged with the 15% of the agreed price. - You are not allowed to put more persons than agreed in the room. - The reservation is confirmed only after the bank deposit. - Cancellations must be done 21 days before arrival date, otherwise the deposit is not refundable. - In case of staying less days than agreed, you are charged with the 50% of the rest days.
