The hotel Antares is located in Omales (Krialianika), a small historic and preserved traditional settlement on the southern outskirts of Areopoli, where sky meets sea, in a pristine, un-spoilt and precious natural environment. The guesthouse of distinct architecture, comprising a neighborhood of four stone-built old buildings and three independent dwellings, was restored and conserved with the utmost of care from the remnants with locally sourced stone dating of this 19thcentury structure. The guesthouse, consisting of 12 rooms of excellent bioclimatic behavior, with views to the sea and the south, offering an independent entrance and terraces, was attended by the painter Sparti Linardaki, using natural textures, materials and unique elements of Mani. The rooms feature wireless internet access (complimentary), flat-screen TV, independent heating, air conditioning, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, safe for valuables, Korres natural products, hairdryer. Rates Confirmation of reservation A guarantee or advance deposit is required in order to secure your reservation. Confirmation is made immediately after payment of the deposit or pre authorization of credit card. Cancellation of reservation Cancellation of reservation must be notified by email, fax or telephone. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Cancellation within 14 to 7 days before the confirmed arrival date has a charge of 30% of the total sum of the reservation. Cancellation less than 7 days before the confirmed arrival date has a charge of 50% of the total sum of the reservation. In case of no show or departure before the due departure date, the guest will be charged for 100% of the sum of reservation. In case of cancellation, we suggest that you should promptly and directly contact us to minimize any penalty or charges payable. Due to the design, architecture and general layout of facilities at the hotel, there are no special designated areas for children. The hotel may only cater for adults and children above the age of 12. The additional fee per extra bed is 15 Euro in room types that may support additional beds.
