La Bastide de Boisset

The Bastide de Boisset is a typical French Provençal house. From the 17th to 19th century exteriors, you can see the evolution and changes in the architecture of the house through the passing years. In its past, it was both a charming country house and a house with a working background-- you can still see places where sheep and pigs were kept and a blackberry patch which attests to the regional silk worm production of the past. The house has been comfortably restored and decorated with family treasures and antiques. The effect is not of an artificial B and B or Chambre d'hotes, but of a real family house.
