Welcome to our very old inn in the Cévennes. Far from busy city life and its maddening crowd, we will be most happy to share our lifestyle with you. We have opened 4 guest rooms in this privileged place over-looking the river Vis. Our terrace facing the Cévennes and overlooking the river will offer you a view of the rising sun at breakfast time. Meals can be served in the dining room, on the terrace or in the kitchen according to your wishes and our mood! And in Autumn or Spring you'll be able to enjoy a rest in front of the fireplace in our sitting room. A garage is also at your disposal if needed in particular for bikers who are welcome (from 2 to 5 €) Our house is located in the National Park of the Cévennes 15 min from the “Cirque de Navacelles” which makes it an interesting starting point for all kinds of walks and trekking. In this quiet and peaceful place, you can join our various workshops : cooking (organic cuisine on demand), medieval food, well-being with healthy food, yoga and Qi Gong; music; photography or etching… * Peace and quietness, birdsong or silence favour rest and creation, reaching back to essential things and “natural” life far from the rush of our “ordinary” life. A few practical points : We are open the whole year through on a weekly basis in July and August, on demand the rest of the year, We offer evening meals “gastronomic meals on request, beverage included (19 €) or without reservation, our family cuisine : 12 € ….with as much local food as possible! We can also serve savoury organic and vegetarian food, produced locally and organize Organic Cookery Workshops on demand ! We can provide pack lunch if desired (8 €) Full board is possible only for more than 2 nights in a row Full breakfast is included ((seasonal home made jam and marmalade, yoghurt, bread, fruit salad or soup) or energetic breakfast (organic muesli with fresh fruit, smoothies, special bread or pastries…) We’ll be there to welcome you between 4,30 and 7.30 pm. Please, contact us if you plan to arrive at any other time. The house is a totally “non smoking” area out of respect for everyone. We can’t allow dogs as we have a cat which is not willing to share its lodging Conditions Your reservation is effective after payment of a deposit of 30 % of the total amount due. The reservation is valid for 7 days after booking by post, email or phone. If your payment hasn't reached us by then, the booking will be cancelled. In case you cancel the reservation less than 15 days before your stay, the deposit will remain ours. If you have to shorten your stay at short notice, the price will be unchanged. If your stay had to be cancelled on our behalf, we would of course immediately refund the full amount of your payment and help you find another lodging.
