This six hundred year old beamed farmhouse with inglenook fireplace is on a 2000 acre arable farm surrounded by fields, criss-crossed by footpaths. There is a small visitors’ lounge with log fires in winter or in summer relax in the garden with its aviary. There is a stair lift for the less mobile and wheelchair ramps if necessary. Convenient for M11 (junctions 7 & 8), and Harlow (7 miles). Stansted Airport is approx 7 miles away and guests may leave their cars here for a small charge. Lifts to the airport are offered and the station for trains to London and Cambridge is nearby. WiFi access.
