In the shared area there are one three big swimming pools, with sun beds and tables, and big parking area. All apartments have balconies or terraces witch allow sitting out and enjoy the nice view and sun. All are equipped with table and chairs for dinning in the balcony.
This is a lovely beach, just five minute walk from the apartment, easy water and shadows from the trees also and sun beds. With restaurants and coffee place near to the beach. The beach is two kilometers long, with sea sports.
There are three buildings (A,B,C) In every building there are four apartments. The apartment No1 ground floor is 70m2 is for 4 people. The apartment No2 in first Flour is also for four people 65m2. In the 3 flour there are two apartments. No 3 is 40m2, and is for three people. The apartment No 4 is 25m2 for two people and is for two people. Every building is with one big swimming pool and nice place to enjoy the sun and sun beds. And the other two buildings are exactly the same.

Έξω από τα διαμερίσματα υπάρχουν τρεις μεγάλες πισίνες μια για κάθε τέσσερα διαμερίσματα. Η κάθε πισινά διαθέτει το δικό της Jacuzzi. Υπάρχει μεγάλος ιδιωτικός πλακόστρωτος χώρος στάθμευσης. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα έχουν μεγάλα μπαλκόνια που σας επιτρέπει να απολαμβάνεται την Θεά και τον ήλιο..
Ερχόμενος από την πόλη της Λευκάδος σε 17 χιλιόμετρα απόσταση φθάνετε στο Νυδρί, μπαίνετε στο περιφερικό δρόμο του Νυδριου, στα 500 μέτρα στο αριστερό σας χέρι βλέπετε ένα Βενζινάδικο κάνετε αριστερά και σε 100 μέτρα φτάσατε στα διαμερίσματα Ifigenia.
Τα διαμέρισμα Ifigenia απέχουν πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Νυδριου. Οπού μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας το φαγητό σας και να κάνετε τα ψώνια σας. Δίπλα από το Νυδρί βρίσκετε η παραλία του, που σας δίνει την δυνατότητα να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας σε μια πλήρως οργανωμένη παραλία με εστιατόρια, καφετέριες , ξαπλώστρες, ντουζιέρες και water sports.
