We renovate small hotels in an authentic way by being environmental friendly. Following a green policy to the best of our ability, we reuse, reduce and recycle. With enthusiasm, taste and care we have recreated in Paros a small hotel called Anna Studios. Arokaria is a team of four friends named after the distinctive tree Araucaria, which is growing at the yard of the studios. The apartments Arokaria Beach Studios lay harmoniously on a slope overlooking the Aegean Sea. Just 20 meters from Marcello beach and surrounded by nice gardens, our complex is comprised of 8 studios in line with the traditional Cycladic architecture and the artistic design. All studios are facing the Aegean Sea with a magnificent sea view. All studios contain: - Bedroom: All bedrooms are equipped with single or double beds, air condition, television, closet, mirror and a small desk with chair or bedside table. Bed linen is provided for all beds. - Bathroom: All bathrooms include showers and toilets. Towels are provided. - Kitchen (either as separate room or part of the studio): All kitchens are fully equipped and include fridge & freezer, table, chairs, small oven or , pots, frying pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses etc. All studios are spacious and the use of a portable or baby bed can be accommodated. Just let us know and we will take care of it! The spacious yard and garden and the lovely verandas provide you with the opportunity to choose where you want to relax, sun, shade, enjoy your meals, or just contemplate the nature and the sea view. If you choose public transportation to arrive to Arokaria Beach Studios, you can use the: •Boat: From Parikia port to Marchello Beach, costing 4€ return, frequent service, •Taxis: Cost of transportation from the Port to the Rooms is approximately 7€, from the Airport to the rooms 25€. •If you feel like walking, keep in mind that the distance from the Port to Arokaria Beach Studios is about 2,5km through a beachside walking path (approximately 35 minutes). If you would like a car or bike rental, we can help you to arrange this. When you arrive at Arokaria Beach Studios, one of us will be at the Reception to welcome you and show you to your rooms.
