HOTEL CYCLADES The Hotel is located only 50m. away from the beach and about 600m. from the town center, on a quiet street. It has a central terrace with plant bushes and the rooms around are on the upper floor. Accommodation provided here ranges from single to quadruple occupancy (1 to 4 persons). All rooms have a small balcony, some are with double and most with wooden single beds. Also shower bathroom, satellite TV with European & American channels, refrigerator, air-condition & phone. There is an interior TV lounge and a reception, also providing fax service and safe box, where the local owners of the hotel may well advise you on all aspects of Paros. There are plenty of cute corners to relax. Studios 'Cyclades' offer holidays rentals for 2, 3 and 4 persons. Most have single beds, and they all offer shower bathroom and a small, well equipped kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and meals; also, refrigerator, satellite TV and air-condition. Upper floor accommodation has balconies shaded by wooden pergolas with view to the tree-loving neighborhood and the sea in the background. Ground floor rooms open to a shaded, plant-sided terrace. The old town, the port and the central bus station are 10-15 minutes on foot; shops, mini markets, restaurants and bars are nearby. No need for a car when staying at 'Cyclades'. Everything is at a walking distance. LOCATION Both Hotel & Studios 'Cyclades' are a few minutes away from the central Livadia Beach: long, sandy, with organized and tree shaded spots, a beach volley field and Paros Sailing Club at its end. Bars and restaurants are all along the coast. The more quiet -crystal clear water- beach of Krios, is at the other side of the bay at a 20-30 minute walk through a countryside path or a 7-minute drive. In 10-15 minutes on foot you reach the port, the old town with the picturesque narrow streets and the central bus station with frequent connections to all parts of Paros. In July & August all night buses connect Parikia with Naoussa.
